To my friends and neighbors,
Mint Hill. It’s more than just a place on a map- it's home. It's a place you see our police officers and firefighters grabbing breakfast at a local diner, sharing a laugh (and a few tall stories) just like anyone else. Its children laughing and splashing through our new splash pad. It's knowing local business owners, not just as customers and clients, but as neighbors, as friends. That's the HEART of Mint Hill, and I'm committed to keeping that spirit alive.
Our town is growing, and that’s a good thing. In fact, it’s a testament to all the positive things that we, the residents, have built here together. It shows that people see what we see in Mint Hill: a welcoming community, a place with great schools, and a safe, friendly environment. Home.
As we welcome new families and new opportunities, we need strategic leadership to guide our inevitable growth intentionally. My goal is to make sure we guide this growth in a way that makes sense for all of us. We'll ensure our roads and schools can support it, while protecting the things that give Mint Hill its unique charm. Smart growth. Strategic and fiscally responsible infrastructure. Zoning and development decisions that not just protect residents who have helped build this amazing town, but also the ones who want to invest for the first time in our shared vision for the future.
